Order-ahead pickup line was not manned. Two employees were present, one manning orders and another manning payments. Waited 15 minutes at the front of the pickup line to get helped, only after another person in the pickup line asked to be helped.

Highly disappointing...This store apparently stops selling egg sandwiches after 1pm, yet there's no sign that says that. In fact, the walls are covered with egg sandwich ads that seem to indicate an all-day menu option.The two ladies behind the counter were rushing me out the door for some reason, and I did not feel welcome.I didn't want to leave empty handed, so I ordered a turkey sandwich. They didn't ask what bagel or side I wanted, nor did they toast the bagel.

Why have curbside if you aren’t going to use it? This is the 4th time now I’ve tried it and every single time I end up waiting in the parking spot for 20 minutes, no one answers the phone, and when I go inside to get my order its been sitting there on the counter the entire time getting cold.

Sat the 16th. When we walked in, there was no inside seating; it looked as if there was water or remodeling, but no signs indicating something going on. The person at the register asked us for the phone number four times before she entered it correctly, and I was given the wrong coffee order. The staff seemed out of sorts and not working well together. The sandwich I ordered was done well, but my Aunt's order was prepared on a cold bagel.

Best Ensteins I have ever visited. The staff was amazing from the management to staff. Im from Texas and make it a point to visit this location everytime I'm in town!!! ❤️

I'm not sure what's happened to Einstein Brothers bagels. You walk in and they have cleared out all the tables so they clearly don't want you to sit and eat in the store. I used to be able to go and eat, drink coffee and connect to their internet. I guess they don't want you to do that anymore. In addition, their selection is basically just bagels. If you want any pastries like they used to have, forget it. I went to both Einstein Brothers bagels in Overland Park, and they have made these changes to both stores. If all you want is bagels, you're good. It appears to be now just a bagels to go shop.

Had the farmers breakfast bagel sandwich. The first one, the egg and meat was cold. Took it back, and they doubted me but made another one, which was a little warmer but not hot. First and last time I will go here.
