“You can never go wrong with a meal at Jack Stack Barbecue. It is consistently delicious, coupled with wonderful service and fair pricing. Our server, Michael, provided the excellent service Jack Stack is well known for. He was attentive but not intrusive. Additionally our order was spot. Our family favorites will always include the burnt ends and the ribs. There are several sides to pick from but you can't go wrong with the beans and cold slaw. This is a restaurant you can count on for a delicious meal, easy atmosphere and excellent service!“

“We had Kate as a caterer for our wedding and from the beginning until the end the experience was absolutely wonderful. She was our favorite vendor to work with, and she made every process easy (the most important thing when stressing planning a wedding). Our dessert trial was great, she’s an amazing baker and the flavors were all wonderful. It truly felt like a romantic experience due to her customer service and the beauty of the shop! She really took the time to get to know us, jot down what we wanted and how we wanted it for our special day, and she showed up the day of and executed it perfectly! You can truly tell she is passionate about what she does, and prioritizes making the client happy. Truly a skilled artist, I recommend her to anyone having a wedding or special event! 🫶🏻 Also stopped by and purchased a pastry as I went to drop off something and it was so yummy! Flavorful, buttery flaky crust, and fresh! I also got to try her smore macarons and it was so pillowy light- you could really taste the chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker in every bite, truly delectable!“

“This is one of those coffee shops you wish existed but didn’t know they did. You get your coffee and can wander through their plants or go sit in the middle of the greenhouse on a soft couch and talk with friends. 3 of us had infants and the atmosphere was so nice for the babies as well, quiet and easy to take care of them as we hung out. I definitely am coming back as soon as I have a chance! Their vanilla caramel latte was delicious and their cinnamon roll was a hit as well! If you’re in KC, you need to stop in here.“

“My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at The Melting Pot, and the staff was amazing and the service was great! They made our anniversary so special!! I can not thank them enough. The manager surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries, our table decorated with roses, and gave me a rose! Our hostess made us a special two year plate with a delicious raspberry sauce. I can’t recommend this place enough!“

“Beyond impressed! My boyfriend's favorite dessert is a key lime pie. He has a son that has a gluten and dairy allergy and his one request for his birthday this year was a key lime pie that he could share with his son. That was not an easy task to locate. Even though it is not something they offer on their menu, Mud Pie Bakery was willing to do a special order for a gluten free, dairy free key lime pie and I must say, we were blown away! It was delicious! The crust was delicious, the filling was tangy, and the whipped topping was sweet and balanced everything else out! Not only that, but it looked beautiful! The best part is that my boyfriend's son got to enjoy a sweet treat that the rest of the family was having and that is something that rarely happens, due to his dietary restrictions! Thank you, Mud Pie, for doing this for us and for being so kind and accommodating!“

“My husband had the salmon and I had the buttermilk chicken sandwich. Both were excellent . We are never disappointed with our entree selections at Grand Street and we always take our family there when they come to town (. kid friendly).
I do want to give a shout out to Tom our waiter. He was very attentive and anticipated our needs. I always say a great meal can be ruined by poor wait staff. Tom def at the top of his game.....much appreciated.

“I’ve had the 4 meal a week plan for a year… and I can’t recommend it enough! I truly look forward to eating them, and feel great after. I love the rotating menu and ability to skip weeks when I need to. The protein is incredible, veggies so fresh, and everything is so well balanced and tasty. Kitch makes it easy to get nutrients and vitamins without compromise and as a Celiac with a strict gluten free diet, I can’t thank Kitch enough for making food easy and enjoyable!“

“We tried Fortune Wok based on the other great reviews, and we were not disappointed! Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing.

My wife has a gluten allergy and can get very sick from even minor cross-contamination. Finding a restaurant that takes her allergy seriously is truly a godsend. She was even able to enjoy crab rangoon for the first time!

Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. I can’t recommend Fortune Wok enough—10 stars from start to finish!“
