Minsky's Pizza, located at 13400 College Boulevard, offers delicious gourmet pizza and a wide variety of menu items, including the limited time KC Joe’s pizza. The staff are known for their knowledge, attentiveness, and friendliness, with some servers providing exceptional service that creates memorable experiences. Customers appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the thoughtful attention from the staff, such as bringing out dough for children to play with, which adds to the family-friendly environment. The restaurant has extended hours until 2:00 am for food and drinks through May, making it a great option for late-night dining. Parking is plentiful. The quality of Minsky's pizza is made with care and attention to detail, and the blue cheese dressing is the best. The menu includes not only pizza but also pastas and salads, with some dishes like chicken Alfredo and Caesar salad offering good quality, though at a slightly higher price. The restaurant is suitable for both dine-in and take-out meals.
