“Ate here last night and this restaurant is a "must try!" I had the 12 oz. KC Strip, mashed potatoes, garlic green beans, and... for dessert, apple caramel bread pudding with cinnamon ice cream was to die for! The atmosphere was a bit loud for my taste, but aside from that, it was delightful!”

She was our favorite vendor to work with, and she made every process easy (the most important thing when stressing planning a wedding). Our dessert trial was great, she’s an amazing baker and the flavors were all wonderful. It truly felt like a romantic experience due to her customer service and the beauty of the shop! She really took the time to get to know us, jot down what we wanted and how we wanted it for our special day, and she showed up the day of and executed it perfectly! You can truly tell she is passionate about what she does, and prioritizes making the client happy. Truly a skilled artist, I recommend her to anyone having a wedding or special event! 🫶🏻 Also stopped by and purchased a pastry as I went to drop off something and it was so yummy! Flavorful, buttery flaky crust, and fresh! I also got to try her smore macarons and it was so pillowy light- you could really taste the chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker in every bite, truly delectable!”

Was it the best breakfast I've ever had? No. But it was better than average and very reasonably priced. I would frequently this place if I lived close.”

“The food here is so good, you don't understand. I am the manager at Exotic Pets next door so I have to fight not to go here every day, it is so delicious. I smell it all day and it makes my afternoon. DEFINITELY GO HERE. The menu is huge, and prices are great! One meal feeds me a big lunch for 2 days. Hot & Sour soup and Hawaiian Chicken are my favorite.”

They have the best chips and salsa of any Mexican Restaurants when me and my friends go we end up getting like 6 plates of chips and at least 3 refills of salsa each. The food is also fire the pork carnitas are Lightning in a bottle an amazing explosion of Flavor the carnitas tend to explode all over my hands, but that’s a me issue. Their pricing is also very good. I would recommend this place to all who are looking for great Mexican food!”

“Just had holy land for lunch and it was the best meal I've eaten in as long as I can remember. I had the appetizer combo and it was perfection. Not only was it delicious and full of flavor, it was also beautifully plated. I wish I would have taken a picture before enjoying it fully. I usually get the gyro meat and hummus but decided to change it up today and take the gyro meat to go this time. If I lived closer I'd eat here everyday.”

“I showed up at 10:30 pm with two drenched teen boys. We'd just come from a World Cup match and we wanted to eat and watch the end of the Team USA match. They took fantastic care of us. Service was friendly and kind, world cup atmosphere was great, and the food was fantastic! I had the best Reuben I've had west of the Mississippi, and the Alfredo was also excellent. I gave four stars only because one kid said his burger was dry. This place is a gem.”

“I started out eating at a Pegah's in Shawnee. I was thrilled when they opened the one in Lenexa and eat there on a regular basis. I had breakfast there last Sunday and had perfect food (Combo Breakfast) and service. Tonight, I went for dinner. They were pretty busy but I was immediately seated in a quiet corner in the back. My server, Ali, brought me water per my request and took my order. She was hustling from table to table, but always assured me my order would be ready soon. A wonderful young man named Zack noticed me sitting with water and rushed over to make sure I had been helped. Soon after, Ali brought my chicken fried chicken. She was always smiling and checked on me a handful of times. The food, as always, was DELICIOUS! Thank you for your delicious food and wonderful staff. I recommend Pegah's to everyone!”

“I have really looked forward to going to this restaurant and have followed them on social media for quite some time. It's a little out of the ways for us so we don't normally go to this area for anything but decided to give it a shot today. The place was not busy and we were informed that it's best to have a reservation even though there was no wait. We were seated by the bar area and waited while watching other guys get served and made eye contact with the bartenders several times who were assisting other guests that arrived after us only to be ignored. The experience was extremely disappointing and we didn't stay to order as no one came to offer coffee or water let alone order breakfast. Hopefully you have a better experience but we will not be back.”

“Checked out the place because I loved what I had seen online. I was greeted promptly and efficiently at the hostess stand. I was quickly seated. I reviewed the menu and my server greeted me quickly. I asked her for her recommendation. She suggested the bourbon glaze burger. The burger was juicy flavorful and well seasoned. The server was available but not pushy. The manager also checked to be sure things were satisfactory. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely return. If i were to make one suggestion, it would to not put all the garnish on the bottom bun.”

“80th Street location We usually go to the one on 151st but saw a review in a group and this one was so cute decided to try it. We went on Monday, had such an amazing dinner that we went back tonight (Tuesday). Our servers both nights were beyond friendly and knowledgeable. I forgot Mondays server name but tonight was Marcos and he was the absolute best! I had the tortilla soup both nights and I just want a gallon of it, the best I have ever had. The toppings added to it overall, and the fresh avocado was so tasty. Really, get it, you won't be the same after. Is getting it 3 days in a row excessive? Hmmmm Taco Tuesday tacos $1 each, ground beef or chicken. The ground beef is well seasoned, and delicious. The avocado salsa is another must try. This is a must and my new favorite place.”

“My experience was bitter sweet, i guess. . I visited on a Sunday before service. I sat down in the coffee shop area while i waited on my coffee order and to my surprise NO ONE took the time to come and say hello or try to get to know me like most people in some churches do. So after a while of receiving my coffee and sitting down i just got up and left. I would definitely come back to order another coffee. . . sadly to check out the service Not so much. . First impressions say a LOT”

“I like the BBQ @ Sierra. It is different I compare it to Carolina BBQ. The yellow sauce has a bit too much mustard ,for my taste, but everything else is excellent! Friendly and fast service. The beer is “cold”. Give it a try you will like it !”

Update… since this initial post the store owner contacted me and offered me a free pizza and said they were going to improve their training in the store to be sure customers receive what they order. “The Mongolian beef is amazing the onions are perfectly caramelized(there is a lot of onions so if not your thing maybe don’t get it) the beef is flavorful, juicy and tender. I got the food I a decent time ≈10min. Personally I didn’t really like the egg roll but I’m satisfied”

“I usually enjoy shopping at this Sam’s Club. But for some reason one of my items I purchased through scan n go was stolen this afternoon from my basket after I paid. I am a dialysis Patient and I needed to go to the restroom before leaving. I placed my basket in the usual spot out of the way and went to the restroom. Got home and noticed an item is missing. Please check your security cameras to see who stole my pink Vince Camino turtleneck sweater. I was wearing a white sweater with a navy blue stripe and black pants with a lavender hair wrap. “I live in Gladstone, Missouri but was shopping on Facebook marketplace and found several items that I wanted to buy from this couple who live in Olathe, Kansas. Quite a long drive for me from Gladstone, Missouri. Especially when there's hardly any way to go across town right now without having to be stuck in traffic because of road construction. What a relief to meet this nice lady with all these cool things for me to buy for gifts mostly and we so enjoyed talking a bit. I bought her an iced tea and she said it was very good. I hadn't eaten and so I got the little egg bite omelets or whatever they are and they were absolutely delicious. Or maybe I was just all that hungry and I also got some kind of a fruity smoothie drink.
I really enjoyed talking to the cashier who is getting ready to leave the store when she happened to mention to somebody that she was living in Lawrence and going to the University of Kansas where she's finishing up her freshman year majoring in journalism and political science at the William Allen White School of Journalism there. She was she's a a end of her freshman year Scooter's Coffeehouse way out off K-10 highway in Lenexa, KS.”

“Delicious Persian food in a cozy place with thoughtful and friendly service. It’s a small and casual place, though, not really well-suited for dining in, so I recommend ordering takeout if you’re looking for a nicer dining experience. Also, they aren’t doing the weekend buffet anymore (I visited in August 2026) which was disappointing, but the food made up for it. The tahdig wasn’t crispy, but the ghormeh sabzi was incredible and the kebabs are juicy, flavorful and tasty. Be sure to try the Persian ice cream!”

Glad to see waste bins for recycling, composting, and landfill.The hot dog is still cheap and comes with a fountain drink (not pictured). There's still a self-serve condiment station for ketchup, mustard, and relish, and later I discovered that now you can grab onions and croutons prepackaged at the pick-up counter.Tried the Cold Brew Latte Freeze, a basic blended latte served on tap from a slushy machine. (The Mocha version is the same plus chocolate syrup; no other flavor options.) Not life changing, but a fine option for a dose of sweet chilled caffeine.”

My coworker and I visited this place yesterday and it made our day. The gentleman behind the counter was happy, personable, and just put a smile on everyone's face. I heard him call his regulars by their names. I heard him ask each person how their day was and it was said with genuine affection. He laughed, he smiled, and his good nature was contagious among everyone who he encountered. There aren't many places that have that kind of atmosphere anymore and to go into a business when you're on lunch and you are greeted with that kind of vibe, is rare.
