Sam's Club Cafe

I usually enjoy shopping at this Sam’s Club. But for some reason one of my items I purchased through scan n go was stolen this afternoon from my basket after I paid. I am a dialysis Patient and I needed to go to the restroom before leaving. I placed my basket in the usual spot out of the way and went to the restroom. Got home and noticed an item is missing. We love the pizza, hot dogs and pretzels at Sam’s club cafe! It’s a fun family outing. Sometimes the wait in line can be pretty long and the dining area is not always super clean. There is a feature in the app that allows people to “skip the line” digitally and get their orders ahead of those who are physically in line. Deval in customer service was extremely patient and helpful with my membership issue. I'd just gotten my new membership card yesterday, and by today I'd lost it! Trying to resolve the issue today by phone was very frustrating,, with a lot of time on hold.
