The Mongolian beef is amazing the onions are perfectly caramelized(there is a lot of onions so if not your thing maybe don’t get it) the beef is flavorful, juicy and tender. I got the food I a decent time ≈10min. Personally I didn’t really like the egg roll but I’m satisfied
the food and service is always great !!
It's expensive, but it's also some of the best American Chinese food in Johnson County, so maybe it should be. Idk. It's still fast food style, not restaurant style, so it's a little high for that. At least the fried rice and lo mein.

The food is made fresh once ordered, with the orange chicken battered shell crisp and the chicken done right. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the family that runs the place works hard to deliver for their customers, making China Star a great choice for a satisfying dining experience.
