I eat at this JJ's 2-3 times a week and have never had a bad experience from first time to most recent. The crew there work very hard to ensure every customer has a good experience. I have witnessed this personally by sitting in the dining area, going through the drive-through, and receiving delivery. One time I accidentally left my debit card there by mistake and 3 days later it was still there. They kept it in the safe...SAFE! Thanks Jimmy John's!
I'm not sure who the attendant was, but he was hilarious.
