I've been ordering from this Jimmy John's location for the last year on a fairly regular basis and have watched the quality of food and service plummet over the last several months. They are never on time - even when I pick up at the location, I wait for 10-15 minutes and can sometimes even see my order. The orders are rarely correct, even on simple things like the Slims.My latest visit was especially frustrating. The catered sandwiches were finished and I still waited 15 minutes for pickles and cookies. When I got back to the office, none of the sandwiches were labelled. We'll be using Jersey Mike's from now on, but maybe that is obvious.

I will never EVER go to this location again. I’ve been stuck in the drive thru for over 30 minutes my lunch break is over. Then they have the stupid merging drive thru lanes that you have to fight with people to get through. The inside was packaged I’ve never waited over 5 mins in my life for a JJ sandwich.

Took a hour and a half for them to deliver to my work office. It is a five minute drive. This place is not even close to freaky fast. They need to figure this out, or people will stop ordering from them

I had to get lunch for 20 people at work because another place fell thru..Lenexa Jimmy John's staff was understanding and worked very hard to get 20 box lunches in 20 mins. They worked as a well oiled machine getting us taken care of freaky fast!! I will start ordering all our box lunches from this location again!! Amazing service and all with smiles on their faces!

My wife loves this place, but it's just okay in my book. There are so many great sandwich shops around, but old JJ's will do in a pinch. Meat and cheese with some mayo just isn't gonna cut it(see what I did there?). JJ's takes the simplicity concept a bit too far, I would say. The bread is decent. Service has always been fast and friendly.

11:08am 8/16... Took 22 min to get 1 sandwich from the drive thru. 3 cars arriving after me got thru before I did because they don't pay attention to the double ordering station correctly. Multiple times my order has been incorrect. My patience and understanding have run out. I'm done with this place.

Waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes, and when the cars started moving, they took the other side order and never took mine. Very horrible service. In fact after the other car there was no one behind me and still never took my order. Had to back out.

Awful. I made an account just to write a review for this place. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes while the other lane's kiosk was consistently helped, and ours was completely neglected and a huge line was building. Finally someone took my order-- but cut me off halfway through and told me to "hold on". I then waited another 3 minutes before they came back to actually take it. Once I got to the window there was no apologies and he was not friendly. Oh, and the one sandwich I ordered was completely wrong. (: Don't go here!

My recent visit to a Jimmy Johns drive-thru left me underwhelmed and dissatisfied. Despite placing a relatively simple order, the wait time to receive my food was unacceptably long, leading to a frustrating start to my meal.To add to my disappointment, when my order finally arrived, I was informed that the requested dipping sauce was unavailable. This is a significant oversight on the restaurant's part and indicates a lack of preparation and attention to detail. Additionally, my side of chips was missing, further compounding my negative experience.Overall, the poor service and failure to fulfill basic customer requests left me with a poor impression of this Jimmy Johns location. I would advise seeking other dining options in the future to avoid similar disappointments.

Terrible delivery! Second time in a month that they did not deliver the food but the app indicated it was delivered. Shame on us for thinking it wouldn’t happen again. We had to leave our movie to deliver food to our kids. Thanks for nothing. This order was “delivered” by Jimmy Johns, not door dash.
