Although friendly, I had to repeat my order of two drinks several times of one large and one small. I got charged correctly but received both smalls. Asked if they honored punch cards, she took it and gave it back without any added punches - not a huge deal but annoying that the small details are over looked. Especially when they were not busy. Drinks were yummy and the girl was polite so that’s why the 3 stars and not 1 star. Not my best experience there.
Great coffee. Doesn't taste burnt like some coffee places. Food is... decent? But in reality, you go here for coffee. And for the guy complaining they closed shop 10 min early, you're an idiot. First for buying coffee at 8pm, and second for not realizing that some high school kids don't want to have to clean the machines all over again because some j*** came in right before close. I bet you're the guy that goes to restaurants right before the kitchen closes too.

I moved close by over two years ago, have been coming to this location at least weekly on average the whole time. My order has been wrong only a handful of times and it's always been corrected. It's odd to me that there are as many low reviews as I see.
