The staffs and the chefs, they put out some authentic Lao and Thai Pho and their mama egg rolls fire π₯. My usual Slice Beef and Meatball and extra meat ball pho with Lao bomb π₯. The flavor always takes me back to my mom home cooked meals. 5/5 for their food. 5/5 for their services. 5/5 for the staffs and their chefs. Shout out to Joey for putting out some fire Pho π

Saap Noodles is a restaurant inside the Lenexa Public Market. The staffs and the chefs put out authentic Lao and Thai Pho and their mama egg rolls fire. The flavor always takes people back to mom home cooked meals. Saap is as good as it gets for authentic Lao dishes. Everything is made with love, using recipes from the owner's mom and generations of traditional family recipes, all packed into a small but incredible menu. The market is cool, family friendly, and people are playing board games and having a good time. Parking was easy and free. The food came out hot and fast. The appetizer trio was fire, the wings were spicy spicy at the perfect level, and there were real chunks of lobster in the lobster egg rolls. The spring rolls are small but they are good. The service has always been quick and easy. Ordering process is very simple: order at the kiosk and they called you when your food is ready. The go to ordered has always been brisket combo pho, night market noodle with pork belly, wings. The oxtail pho is one of the very few in the entire KC, hands down also one of the best pho in town. The pho wings are out of this world, tasted just like the soup I ate growing up. The Night Market Noodles was on the mild side but delicious none the less, and the pork belly was perfect with the perfect amount of fat and meat. Slightly expensive but definitely worth it for the servings. This place is a must try.
