The food is the best from a Taco Bell I've ever had, including my 40 years in California. BUT their service is lacking hard.
One time they served me a Pepsi that was light brown, just by the look you could tell the syrup was low, why even serve it?
Also the last 3 times, they literally forgot at least one item I've paid for, ranging from a cinnamon twist to a 5-layer burrito.
Even though the food is good, I can't go back fearing I won't get all my food.

App and building say 2am, 1:30 I get to the drive-thru and they have it turned off saying they are closed, I start to go around the building to leave and the employees locking the window, with 4 people inside just dicking around
