They've closed earlier than what's posted before. They let you order something and at the window tell you they stop making after a certain time. Which isn't true cause I've had it before on several occasions at a later time.

New management is extremely rude when I brought to her attention that their was a mouse running across the floor in the main dining room area. SICK! Not to mention could not get our order right, said that she was apparently training new staff. Sounds like a corporate or franchise owner problem & should simply consider firing that person, training an entire crew on everything perhaps. My fiancée & I ate in this filthy establishment, we both agreed on that the ground beef & chicken smelled very unpleasant. We up & left after the mouse/rat situation. This place has been reported to the Johnson County Health Department.Parking: Entire lot needs to be resurfaced. Property management obviously is a JOKE as well.

Me and my wife were stopping by for a quick Snack, we ended up getting pulled forward as there was only two people in the store fulfilling orders. Before we were pulled forward, Pauleen gave us two complimentary large drinks, and after a short wait she brought out our food and then spent a couple minutes talking with us about the new year. We were blown away by her hospitality, and we can clearly see she has a heart for the guest. In a changing world where results are favored over experience, pauleen ensures both can be done exceptionally. The world needs more pauleens.

Taco Bell is pretty good especially the one at 87th and Monrovia. Faster service and the food is almost always what you would expect.Vegetarian options: You can substitute beans or rice for the meat on any items and it's just as good. I have been doing this for about 30 years now.
Drive thru order, but the service & food none the less was very good.

Definitely the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. The manager Pauline Mutava is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, she somehow remembers her customers names and is always in a good mood.
