This may just mean the other sauces are great as well. The kimbap was textbook, and the price wasn't that bad for everything combined.“

I really want you to be popular! The food is very fresh and delicious, and fast also. Can you add hot sake to the menu please? And thank you SO MUCH for having music, far too many Asian places don't and they are so boring.
PS.. you MUST improve your sign outside, it looks like a "For Lease" sign, and that neon one is so bright. Make it look better on the outside and I hope you will be busy all the time with thankful neighborhood residents ??“

“Nice sushi spot on 39th street. Had the tempura shrimp roll which was very good. Also ordered Ekko’s noodle soup and it was huge, fresh vegetables and noodles and tofu. Not as much flavor in the broth as I’d wish, but good. Tried the Fukimaki roll and it was good. Don’t care for the tempura shrimp
and veggies. The coating was not light and crispy but more of a breading. The service was attentive and the place has a cool vibe. Will be back for the rolls, good quality and price.“

“This is the kind of place that takes you completely off guard. I didn't even think about taking pictures because I was instantly immersed in a wonderful atmosphere, and all I could do was observe and take it all in.

From the service, the food, the layout of the restaurant and decor - this place is incredible! For a Friday night, we had quick and attentive service!

From what I gathered, from hearing the chatter among the restaurant, is that my boyfriend and I were one of the few (if maybe only) first time diners! Most of the other patrons were obviously regulars, and I can see why. It reminded me of a small town childhood restaurant I'd frequent, where the waiters knew the customers by name and even knew their preferred orders! I feel like this concept is so lost these days. It was comforting and just made me, overall, so happy to see places like this still exist ❤️

I wasn't super hungry, so I just stuck with an avocado roll and the oshinko maki (pickled radish). They were the perfect size for a light 5 the avocado was so fresh and creamy! If you're a sucker for pickled radish (like me), definitely give the oshinko maki a try! The crab rangoon was also very good, and my boyfriend enjoyed the rolls he ordered (dynamite and spider if memory serves).

“Delicious food and very nice decor inside the restaurant! The Taiwanese style egg rolls were delicious, and Thai wings were very tasty but had a little bit dry meat. Loved the lad na noodles - very unique Thai noodle dish that I haven’t had at other Thai restaurants. Service was excellent as well. Highly recommend!“
