This is one of the BEST Asian restaurants I’ve ever been to. I’ve gotten different things every time I go and everything is always delicious. The prices are good, the portions are large, and the flavor is drool-worthy.
The food was so good! Excellent vegan and vegetarian options. Friendly staff!

Asian Cafe is located in a neat old building downtown KC. Customers love the great service and awesome food. Although the Green Dragon was missed, this new Asian restaurant is a welcomed addition to the neighborhood. The spring rolls are a favorite, and the pho, particularly the pho tai with meatballs and shaved beef, is large enough to share. With generous portions, great prices, and a variety of delicious dishes, this place is a hit for groups and individuals alike. Recent visitors praise the friendly service, noting that the staff ensures drinks are always filled and that the presentation of the food is beautiful. Dishes like sesame chicken, pork vermicelli, and shrimp pad Thai are highlighted for their excellent flavor. The restaurant offers Vietnamese, Chinese, and a few Thai dishes, and features music to create a lively atmosphere. Customers also suggest improving the outside sign to attract more neighbors and hope for additions like hot sake to the menu. Overall, Asian Cafe remains a popular spot for those seeking tasty Asian food in a cozy and comfortable setting.
