“We don't usually come around KC Downtown/Westport areas, but we had a chance to try some new food around here today. From outside, it doesn't look very fancy. From inside, it looks like a very standard sushi place. We walked in around 1:50pm, which they only had two other recommends occupied by then. Their kitchen was lightening FAST and the quality of the food is superior! Highly recommend the Cha Shu Noodle Soup, Eel Rolls, and Yang Sho Fried Rice!!!!! Wow, we will definitely be back soon when around this area again.“
“Beef Lumpia was delicious. Other Lumpia was average.We had trouble deciding what to eat, so we ordered almost everything on the appetizer menu. The Lechon Kawali was good and had enough food to feed two people on it’s own. The Calamari was good. The Mozzarella sticks and Jalapeno Poppers were so-so and did not go with the rest of the food we ordered.“
“This restaurant is top notch. This was my first time having Taiwanese food and I’m in love with it. I live three hours away but am already thinking of coming back to KC just to eat here. Seriously, this hole in the wall restaurant is worth it. If you’re looking around at places to eat and are overwhelmed by the options, stop looking- eat here. You’ll be glad you did.Vegetarian options: The tofu bao bun and taro dumplings were life changing. This restaurant has the best vegetarian Asian food I’ve had in my life.“

We got a bunch of stuff, curries, stir fries, dumplings, everything was well cooked and super flavorful.If you want spicy, probably go for hot, medium was pretty mild.Vegetarian options: Almost anything on the menu can be made without a meat protein, with generous portions of vegetables it even in meat versions.“
“We’ve only had takeout from here. The staff is always friendly and very organized and aware of orders. I have yet to have a meal I didn’t like and we have ordered at least five different times (lunch and dinner). They are quick and the food is always hot and fresh. I have not had the sushi yet but plan to for the next visit. The interior is a bit dated but that is. Common across many restaurants in KC. Great job Chopstix! Highly recommend!“
“This has been my favorite place to go for a banh mi for years now. The owners are lovely, and the food comes out perfectly every time.Recently, I went in for my usual, but for the first time, got a fried egg added to it. I'm glad I got it to go, because when I finally tore into it, I did so in an admittedly graceless and near trancelike fashion, focused on nothing but the quickly vanishing sandwich clutched in a thin paper sheet. In the minutes after finishing it, I sat there for a little bit, doing nothing else, as if restarting from having been factory reset; I only half-joke that it fixed something about me.It has been two days since then. All I can think about is that sandwich. I will be going in for another soon. I will be adding the fried egg. I recommend, insist, even, that you do the same.“
“Love this place! If you're not into fried foods then this is the place for you! All the meat here is grilled and all the toppings are fresh. Any wrap they have you can turn it into a salad. I ordered my food to go online, it was ready to go upon arrival. I ordered the chicken gyro wrap 10/10. The Buffalo chicken and west coast wraps are a must try as well!“
“The place was fast, like really fast. The portion sizes are big enough for two to three people. The folks running the place are super nice as well. Food was good but not very unique, like good but nothing that I would say stood out. None the less, if you are looking for good food that will feed you for two days look no further.“
“Honestly such a cool place, the atmosphere along with the people working made my experience amazing. Food came out fast and was friendly delivered with a variety of sauces and opinions on them. I live about 45 minutes away from the place and may have to take a few drives back to visits. 10/10 must go visit!“
“Ordered takeout and there is no vegetarian option in the proteins. For some reason tofu is listed in “toppings”. The app would not let me pass without choosing a protein so I chose chicken put a note asking plz package separately and it was not seen/ignored. I had to pick lots of little chicken bits out of my bowl. Despite the inconvenience the bowl was delicious and once I got all the meat out every bite was fabulous.Vegetarian options: Probably best to order on the phone or in-person if you want a vegetarian bowl.“
