Something a little different for lunch. I guess there are new owners, decor has been refreshed, but still pretty plain. Menu looks the same. Flavors are still good. Sandwiches seem to be smaller than in the past, but the whole meals still seems to be a good filling size. Prices seemed to have crept up just a bit.
We had the Pork Noodle Bun dish and Lemongrass chicken. Both were delicious and fulfilling. Will definitely reorder either of these. Their Bahn mi sandwiches are also marvelous.
I’m saddened to share that Bun Mee Phan is now under new ownership. For my friends and me, the previous owners were what truly set this place apart from other competitors in the area. It breaks my heart that we didn’t have the chance to say goodbye to them.
While the food is still good, it’s not quite the same, so I’d recommend adjusting your expectations to avoid disappointment. The pho was still enjoyable, but the banh mi doesn’t compare to what it used to be....read full review
