We were seated for 25 minutes before I had to ask a server where our server was. Turns out they’d made a scheduling error and our server was working an event. Okay, we got a server, it’s fine. We order food. It takes 25 minutes to come out. By this time, we have about 15 minutes left in our bay and our server asked if we’d like to extend our time. We had the most incredible time at Topgolf Overland Park! The service was phenomenal! Shout out to Lexi (Manager) and her wonderful team for making our experience so special! We brought 3 people who had never been to Topgolf before and let me tell you, it was a night we will never forget! One of the people in our party was celebrating his birthday! Riley the manager was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Terrible service and attitude toward customers. Was willing to do nothing for us to make it better or even act like they cared. Unfortunate that they treat people like it’s a low end place for a high end price. We will not be back and she put a terrible taste in the peoples mouths we were there with as well. I hope they start caring more about their customers and making the most of any situation.
