“Endya was amazing she went above and beyond helping me figure out my old drink and she was so kind and helpful!! I thought I wasn’t going to be able to order it because no one else knew what I was talking about but she took it upon herself to help. I’m gonna make sure I only come back to this location.!!“

“Very nice and open.
Mostly people in drive thru or coming in for to go orders.
There is a group of men who have been meeting here for 30 years every morning now who have a very tight knit relationship… super sweet to see in this day and age that they still keep up with each other.
The staff is friendly and have no problem admitting when they’re wrong and will do everything to fix it.
Everyone seems to know everyone, but are all very friendly. I love that the windows are 3/4 all the way around and everyone is so chill!“

“The Starbucks inside the Marriott Kansas City Overland Park is awesome! The team working there was friendly, quick, and made a great cup of coffee to start the day. It’s super convenient having a Starbucks right inside the hotel, especially in the morning when you want something fast and reliable before heading out.

Vegetarian options: They have all kind of food for all kind of people

Kid-friendliness: There is a lot of chairs and tables that anyone with their kids can sit and enjoy their doing any food“

“This Starbucks is in a convenient location and has friendly staff. I have had issues with drinks being made and my orders not going through on the app. Usually the staff are happy to remake drinks or make it again when the order didn't go through on their system.“

“From coast to coast, these guys are great. I always find a Starbucks when traveling if I can’t find a local drive through coffee shop to try. Only problem out in the Styx like this is that the line is very long... it’s the one spot of civilized society for 100 miles, so this makes sense.“

“I stopped at another Starbucks prior to this one and they made the drink wrong when I said something I got major attitude from the dude at the window. I gave him the drink back and asked for a refund, after that failed attempt i stopped at Target and decided to get Starbucks there. It was tasty and a nice encounter!“

“I enjoyed working out of the Starbucks on 127th and Antioch this week. The staff are welcoming, kind, and quick with the orders. They never stopped moving and greeted every customer who came in the store.

In particular, Brogan was a standout as she radiated joy throughout her time working and was extremely supportive of other staff members (she was overheard a couple times offering to stay later to help out).“

“Staff is always super polite and seem to enjoy their jobs. Store is clean and tidy. Orders come out in a timely manner but not too fast to where you have to worry about them accidentally burning the espresso.Solid place to sit and enjoy some coffee while it rains outside.“

“I try for my reviews to be as positive as possible. The drinks, baristas, location are all fantastic. Tons of seating indoors and decent outdoor space.

My Cortados have always been crafted well and taste great....same for lattes/etc.

My only complaint here is the flies on the food. This is not the first (or only) location where I have been turned off from ordering a chocolate Kwaaasuaaaannn orrr cake pops for the kids because of the food flies and house flies in the food case. Surely there is something corporate orrr locations can do better. I understand at times they get food from a different container, but still, kills the appetite.

In summary, I'd still go back here for my coffee. Perhaps only for that.

He is such a sweet wonderful angel. He never gets my order wrong, and I know my drink will be perfect if he’s the barista on shift. He’s goofy, kind and I adore him so very much!!!

“I used to be a regular at this Starbucks, but I don’t make it up to this area near as often as I used to. I’ve been coming here for several years, and Crow has always gone out of their way to make sure that my drink is made correctly and they always remember me. When I order inside, they even remember my dairy allergy if I forget to mention that I need soy! They seem to really love their job and they are extremely talented at what they do. The atmosphere is great, the coffee is coffee, and I love stopping in whenever I’m in town.“

“I stopped by this Starbucks recently, and it was such a great experience from start to finish! The store was clean, organized, and welcoming — you could tell the team takes pride in their space. My drink was made perfectly (shoutout to the barista who nailed my order!) and came out quickly, even though they were busy.

The staff was friendly and upbeat — they greeted every customer with genuine smiles and made the line move smoothly. You can really feel that they work well together and care about the customer experience.

“I really wish I remembered her name, all I know is she had semi long brown hair and was wearing a grey sweatshirt. But I'm just hoping she sees this so she knows I appreciate her haha. I had anxiety in the moment and the words wouldn't come out at the time for me to tell her but not only was she doing a really good job working alone, but she asked me how my weekend was and seemed like she genuinely wanted to know. Little did she know that was big for me because I had a REALLY rough past week and she seemed like she actually cared and wished me a better week as I left. I wish I had told her to have an amazing one back, she even made my drink the BEST I had ever had it!! I was just shocked because I had never had a barista start conversation.
