Starbucks in Lees Summit

“Hi Im a frequent customer at this Hyvee Starbucks, and was actually there in line the day the upset lady below was there and i remember it clearly due to how outrageous this woman was acting. The male barista was trying to simply let her know that they can only take gift cards through the starbucks app, plus she stood where you get your drinks and proceeded to yell and scream at the male barista the whole time she was there as he was trying to just move the line forward and drop it. I come to this store almost every day and get the highest quality drinks from these people and they do an amazing job. Don’t let one sour apple ruin going to this amazing location! Thank you to Brian and the team at Ward Hyvee for everything you do! Will be back 10/10“

“HyVee catered my daughter’s wedding this last weekend and the food was phenomenal! The smoked chicken, brisket and all the sides were the best I think I’ve ever had. They also made their wedding cake and cupcakes for guests. So beautiful! They set up, bussed tables, took everything down and packed up leftovers for us. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. “I went to this Starbucks on a particularly cloudy day and when I saw this tall blonde worker named Owen, it all of a sudden turned my day right side up. His smile truly brightened up my day and you could tell he has a very passionate attitude for what he does. The cake pop he gave me was good too.“

“This extremely busy location did a great job of working the drive-thru & serving inside customers. Polite employees, clean tables & restroom. Drinks were spot-on & all of the breakfast food items we wanted were still in stock at 10:30am. A nice experience!“

“In between appointments one day and stopped by my favorite place Starbucks for a quick energy boost. I’ve never been to this particular location but it definitely makes my favorites list! I ordered a frozen caramel crunch frappe. My barista was very friendly and professional. He’s the best, and I left a good tip, because my drink looked like a work of art and tasted amazing. Every sip tasted like sweet caramel goodness, but not too sweet and just the right amount of whipped cream. Some baristas are too heavy with the caramel crunch but this one had the perfect amount to balance out my drink. The building was very clean, the drive-thru moved super fast and the parking was not as congested as normal restaurants. Plenty of room to sit in or drive thru.

Dietary restrictions: Starbucks has so many options if you have dietary restrictions. If you are lactose intolerant they have non dairy options like non dairy creamers and products. If you are health conscious then they have plant based alternatives as well. If you are feeling fancy I would recommend the oleato golden foam. Thank me later!!!“

“I love getting my apple brown sugar blonde latte 5 extra shots no apple brown sugar 2 scoops of java chip light oat milk light soymilk light coconut milk light almond milk extra whole milk no foam extra hot Carmel drizzle mocha drizzle apple drizzle cinnamon powder cinnamon dolce powder brown butter topping no whip extra (and I mean extra) vanilla sweet cream cold foam. Everyone there is so nice they don't even mind when I watch them make the drinks I love it here.“

“The staff were absolutely the best! Super friendly and helpful. Forgot to order my water at the speaker and she gave me one still. I understand that’s annoying to Starbucks staff apparently lol. So I appreciate it! They deserve great pay. Drunk was good too!“

“So I will tell you my tale of shame but only because I think the woman I worked with deserves major props. I am a doordasher and I had to pick up an order for (fake name) Bartholomew. It was written in red sharpie on the brown and green bag. Which totally isn’t a problem but I’m red green colorblind and I couldn’t quite see the name. So in my state of complete tomfoolery, I took it upon myself to wait to ask (in the middle of a rush) if there are the two drinks in here. I don’t know if I miscommunicated or whatever but she peered into the bag and said yes and gave me a death glare. So I just wanna say, girl, my bad for wasting your time like that. (And maybe a black sharpie next time!)“
