“This staff isalways a pleasure to meet and gives great service.. They do not shove the card reader at anyone. Nor beg for the tip. I have not experienced that they ask if you want to leave a tip if not go to.the next screen. Do not blame them for a corporate decision.“
“Ariel was so friendly and personable. 5 stars.In a world where it seems like employees at chains could care less, Ariel greeted me with a smile and asked how my holiday was. Later, as I worked from a table, I saw some kids come in, acting a little obnoxious and asking for water (without buying anything). She was so patient, and treated them with kindness, not lecturing them about having to buy something to get a cup of water, but treated them like 10 or 12 year olds who were just out having fun and not really understanding how business works.Good on Ariel and good on this Starbucks for hiring her. The world needs more people like this, and corporate chains need to do whatever it takes to single out these type of people and make sure they have jobs (and make sure they are promoted).Great experience, and brightened my day!“
“This is my go to place. It's not perfect, but what establishment is these days? The lines are long in the drive through but it only takes approximately 1 minute per car, which isn't bad. It's very rare to have a rude barista. The drive thru staff are usually always friendly, talkative, and happy to exchange your product in the RARE event it's incorrect. If you go in, as others have mentioned, don't park by the front door or you could get blocked in by the drive thru. Luckily there is plenty of other parking available.“
