“Highly recommend ordering ahead via the app!This is my local Starbucks and we visit it quite frequently. It can be quite busy during the week in the morning. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason on the day. However, when I order ahead with the app, I rarely wait long. That staff is ALWAYS hustling! We will continue to go back!“
“I have only been there once since they have opened but I am trying to figure out what their phone number is to ask a question about if they have hazelnut syrup in stock because for some odd reason the other Starbucks stores I usually go to are out and at the moment and are not sure when they will be getting more in on their shipments but there is no phone number for me to call on google when you look up this locations information. It just shows me directions and stuff like that but no phone number. Pleaseeee help lol I just want my regular iced coffee with no classic syrup sub the classic syrup for hazelnut syrup a tad bit of caramel drizzle around the cup and no milk cream or anything like that just black coffee lol can you tell I’m having Starbucks withdrawals ?! ?? anyway both visits were great they were so sweet and nice they even gave me a gift card just because I had to exchange my Starbucks straw tumbler because it was cracked on the inside she had me pick out whichever cup I wanted after I gave her my original recipe for the broken cup then let me pick out whatever cup I wanted and then also just gave me a gift card just to be sweet. I wish I had her name to show more appreciation for her going above and beyond what she didn’t have to do for me❤️ we need more people like her in this world. “I came in around 1020 and these people absolutely rocked it out!! It was insanely busy in the store but they kept drinks coming- I heard one them say mobile was down for another location so they were getting all of the orders and they handled it like pros. I always have a great experience here and the staff are lovely.“
“I normally order the green tea latte but I tried the seasonal pumpkin spice frappuccino. My drink was sweet and delicious! Pumpkin spice in anything never disappoints. The service and wait time was quick. I highly recommend Starbucks coffee.“
“This location in Hyvee is great. Went here yesterday after getting few groceries. The guy helping me was by himself and he was really friendly. I think someone did come eventually to help him but good think thing it wasn't really busy. I tried the new Chocolate Cream Cold Brew. Really good.“

“Went to this Starbucks after school to get a strawberry açaí lemonade, the girl taking my order (Elli) was so kind and amazing. Her customer service was 11/10 and the drink tasted so good. The manager (from what I saw) could have been kinder to the employees, as a former Starbucks employee it is a difficult job and they deserve some grace. Love this place!“

“The best service I have ever had at a Starbucks in the last 20 years. Rachel (the barista) pointed out the specials (20% off cold brew with cartwheel) asked about my dietary restrictions when I told her I couldn't do dairy and offered me choices and combinations to make my drink perfect. And my drink was amazing. Never before has anyone done this and I get my coffee at various Starbucks 2-3 times a week.“

“Decided to park instead of waiting in the uselly long drive-thru line. Once the 3rd employee clocked in it was only a few moments till I got my drinks and mine was spot on. “Came the other day and Ella was our barista, she is so kind and welcoming. She talked to my kids age two and three which made their day. She gave the kids stickers. She is always very pleasant when we come through. She made sure we got ALL of our drinks. We will be returning often since we received such fun and loving service.
