“I’ve been coming ever since this location opened and they truly never disappoint. I showed up super late to pick up an iced drink and they offered to remake it for me which was incredibly kind. It came out super fast despite them having to remake it, which was awesome. I always have such pleasant interactions with their workers and a positive review to reflect that has been long overdue.“
“this is the only starbucks that i go too and im about to stop going there!!! there is only 3-4 people that know how to make my drinks and make them right and every time these new people or people that never make them mess it up they get an attitude it’s clearly printed on my cup how to make my drink i like it sweet with a lot of caramel and if you make it wrong you shouldn’t get an attitude when i’m nice about it every time. can’t even get my coffee today because it was remade twice and it still was nasty!!!“
“Love love LOVE this place!!! The staff and the products!!!! I have a favorite drink that I stick to pretty much but I do buy other items and for other people. ALL the baristas know my name and my order!! Makes me feel so good!!! Thank you!!! “March 2026 - I’ve been coming here recently because my hospital is practically next to this location. Every time I’ve asked for light ice on my drink they have listened. They’re really on top of what the customer wants & I am very grateful! My previous experiences here a few years ago weren’t the best. I don’t know if they have a new manager but I’m thankful for the change I’ve seen at this location! Will continue to frequent here.
2024 - 1/5stars So my friend came through earlier today on her way down to my end of town & picked up Starbucks near her doctor. I very clearly ordered a trenta as it shows on my mobile order as well as the physical label on my tea.
The problem is when I called the person in the background told the worker I was talking to that it was the customer’s fault and that we needed to come back in to process a refund. The audacity to treat a customer like that when they’re remaining calm. I asked to talk to a supervisor & they put me on mute until I hung up. Rudest experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Will be forwarding the info to corporate because I didn’t deserve to be treated that poorly. I never raised my voice, just very direct that I wanted to figure out how to solve the problem of a refund with a manager. Most unprofessional experience, I’m super disappointed in the employees who felt the need to behave that way.“
“I stopped in here briefly. The barista looked to be working alone, probably closing for the evening. She was very sweet and friendly even though it was surely annoying to be taking orders 30 minutes before closing. Also, they had a first responders discount which is dictated by whatever local franchise owner (something like that). I rarely see that at Starbucks. Very nice!“
“I have been going to Starbucks on Antioch since it opened. In this time, I have never had a complaint about the taste of my my food or coffee.. I feel at home when I’m there and it is rare for me to feel that way about any place besides the library and my home.“

“I ordered the Oat Milk Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and it was prepared wonderfully. It was exactly what I needed! The sandwich I ordered was lopsided, but it still tasted good. Overall, it was a great experience. The team was friendly, welcoming, and made the visit enjoyable.“
“The staff is always polite and service is always fast. Special shout out for Jerad as he's normally the one who is here and waits on me with a smile and something positive to say. A peppermint matcha is always amazing on these chilly mornings and helps get me through my work day.“

“I have been to multiple Starbucks. This location by far is one of the best. The staff went above and beyond and was extremely kind and friendly. Not only was the Coffee Great, the atmosphere was wonderful. I recommend stopping in for a coffee any chance you get. Plus its just right around the corner from the T-Mobile center and Power and light.“
“This location is pretty standard like all the other locations. The only difference is that this Starbeezy is located inside HyVee.When you pull into HyVee's parking lot, the Starbucks sign on the building appears that Starbucks is in a separate but attached building however as soon as you walk into HyVee supermarket (the entrance with all the carts), Starbucks is immediately to your left. The store is fairly big considering it is inside another store.When I initially walked in the supermarket, there were a few customers. I did my shopping, then went back the get coffee and there was only one other customer ahead of me. The barista acknowledged me and told me she would be with me shortly. Soon after, she was ready to take my order.I order and waited maybe 2-3 minutes and in no time my coffee - medium, extra hot, cinnamon dolce latter was ready.I am satisfied with the service I received and my coffee.“

“Received my free Starbucks birthday drink and the barista nailed it! She surprised me with a Venti Caramel Crunch Frappuccino and it was delicious! Also, the atmosphere was so welcoming and pleasant! Will definitely order from the Starbucks again in the future.“
“This Starbucks is great. Clean, nice employees, fast. Never a confusion with my orders. I was having a morning, Starbucks was definitely needed. Then they added the nice little message on my cup, my day was instantly made. Its the little things. Keep being you Starbucks on Cookingham, keep being you. Ill definitely be back.“

“They always greet with a smile I love my coffee but when traveling I've encountered some Starbucks where the baristas just shoved my coffee in my hand and no interaction. This is the spot to go in Kansas City. They will welcome you like a best friend.“
“Y’all hit this shop up!! Alexis and Zoe took amazing care of us! These two have done an amazing job every time we have stopped here! They need to allow these employees to take tips, they work hard and deserve them!!

“I came here about 2 weeks ago unplanned, and since then I’ve been coming here almost everyday. I go out of my way bc it’s not the closest to home, but surprisingly they make the best drinks!!! Better than regular ⭐️bucks locations. Their espresso shots are perfect everytime. All the other Starbucks in this area and in gladstone have bitter/sour/watery shots almost always.
Also the managers here are so friendly, and every worker I’ve come across so far, my drinks are so modified and annoying I always feel bad, but they are so cool about it🥹“

I was here last week, and I dropped in to get my lady a drink.
The shift lead, I’m guessing, said she’ll be right with me, took my order, and my drink came out quick! I appreciate that. I love good customer service, I love simple skills also.
While I’m waiting for my drink, the shift lead checked in and with her team mates and one them gave her honest opinion and shift lead was nothing but encouraging! Did nothing but love on her and root her on! that’s a vibe! I thanked her for being awesome, and I’m greatful to be able to have witnessed that!

“I can’t even explain how much I love this place. The coffee is always perfect, the crew always has a smile on their face, and I just love the overall atmosphere at this location. When I see Jazmine and Olivia working, it makes me so happy as they make me feel like I’m well taken care of. I have no complaints whatsoever this team is awesome!“
“My daughter and I will come get a morning coffee at this location every other week. We enjoy the people that serve us our java here. Finally decided to get a breakfast sandwich, sausage and egg biscuits, first time we got em, they are actually really good and are a good size for the $$. This morning however, please don't let this happen again ever ever, not to anyone. Middle of said biscuits were Ice Cold 🥶!! This is a pet peave of mine, so while trying to wake up and prepare to perform my duties of this programmed society we all partake in 🫤, and I bite into an ice cold middle of what is supposed to be a HOT breakfast sandwich, talk about a rude start to the day!!! Ok, rant over, y'all maybe get one more chance to fix me a hot breakfast, if and when I decide to eat food there again.“
