The Pistachio drink with oat milk is a new go-to drink. Drinks are always perfect and service is top-notch, with sweet baristas making birthdays extra special. However, a barista named Amanda is repeatedly mentioned for extremely passive aggressive and terrible customer service, talking very poorly about her job, employees, and customers, and being extremely rude. This employee is a bad representation of the store. Additionally, the music is consistently LOUD, and staff are reluctant to turn it down, stating it is a corp policy.
