I asked Cashmere for a medium size macchiato with that extra caramel and so she goes she turns around and finished up the couple before me. So,I step-side. Horrible drinks. We ordered some very basic drinks and they were absolutely disgusting. We get the same things everytime I go in any Starbucks. And extremely rude customer service. Absolutely refused to remake the drinks when they were clearly wrong. Will not be returning. My daughter is so upset.

Since you seem to run out of times more than other Starbucks and your lines are as long as chic fil a bit slower perhaps you put a sign out so individuals don't wait 15 minutes to find out you don't have the item they're waiting for? But the inconvenience made it to where I went to the one at hy vee and realize the order I get is a 1.70 less so I'd you can get out of your car walk in and make your order it's cheaper I'm assuming tax wise so that's more directed towards the consumers...read full review
