Since you seem to run out of times more than other Starbucks and your lines are as long as chic fil a bit slower perhaps you put a sign out so individuals don't wait 15 minutes to find out you don't have the item they're waiting for? But the inconvenience made it to where I went to the one at hy vee and realize the order I get is a 1.70 less so I'd you can get out of your car walk in and make your order it's cheaper I'm assuming tax wise so that's more directed towards the consumers reading this and they're actually significantly quicker because they're not taking outside and inside orders so it's an all around win win for consumers.

I asked Cashmere for a medium size macchiato with that extra caramel and so she goes she turns around and finished up the couple before me. So,I step-side. Because I was on the phone ,and so she goes back to the register and yells to me excuse me ma’am are you gonna pay for this coffee. We are not in habit of giving out free coffee to anybody she says this in front of everybody. I was gonna pay with my debit card, but I has like a thousand dollars in my Purse. I pulled the money out and she was looking at me and I said thank God I don’t have to ask you to gives me free coffee today.She tried to say something else slick I shut it down. Let me get my change and my coffee. She give me the change but she hands the coffee to the manager and the manager handed to me. Smh

Horrible drinks. We ordered some very basic drinks and they were absolutely disgusting. We get the same things everytime I go in any Starbucks. And extremely rude customer service. Absolutely refused to remake the drinks when they were clearly wrong. Will not be returning. My daughter is so upset.

they can never seem to answer their phones even on a slow day. this starbucks inside target is never good either way.

The service at this location (inside Target) was fast, but not especially welcoming, cheerful or friendly, while my order was correct and served up fast. I noticed an almost empty baked items case and a small seating area with one dirty table and background music. Overall, A-OK.

Online details says they close at 9pm. We arrived at 8:30, going out of our way driving thru Kansas City, to find them closing at 8:30. GAH! ADVERTISE CORRECTLY

Terrible service. Pretty sure the woman who rang me up eats all the leftover pastries when the day is over. Didn’t know the name of a drink and got rudely corrected. Pretty sure the workers were talking about drugs too. Scary place. I’d buy out the target and just fire the workers. Don’t come here
