Was in Kansas City on bussiness and was looking for something new. Found Veritas and decided to give it a try. Place was a nice modern building and the hostess and waitress were friendly and helpful with my questions. I tried the Paella and was really glad I did. The rice was just right and the flavors are better than the Spanish restaurant I go to in Pittsburgh. Overall had a nice meal and good experience. This place is a great spot for very good food, excellent service and really loud music. It is a bit pricey but they handled our large group in a fantastic manner. I had the chicken skewers and they were delicious.

Food and cocktails are exceptional. A nice variety of small plates and larger meals. Especially love the paella to share. The saffron broth and smoked Andouille sausage is so good. The smoked old fashioned is expensive but worth it. Veritas is my new favorite restaurant.
