The ribeye is PERFECT, the atmosphere is wonderful and I had the honor of meeting the owner and thanking him personally for his hospitality, he’s a very very nice person and very welcoming!
I don’t get up that way much (I’m from Wichita, KS) but when I’m back, you can bet Veritas is on the list of stops, I guarantee it 💯

This is the best new place in Johnson County. We’ve been several times for happy hour, dinner and their amazing brunch.

Always amazing, excellent drinks! Food is alway great, we love coming on Thursdays for the live music.

The Veritas Martina cocktail is a highlight, and the patio seating provides a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant has a vast selection of bourbons and whiskeys, noted as the best in the Kansas City area, along with top-notch cocktails. The menu features a variety of delicious options, including Mahi Mahi with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. The food is consistently praised, described as out of this world and worth it, even with smaller portions. The server was kind, attentive, and helpful. The indoor/outdoor vibe adds to the enjoyable experience.
