It is a busy place. We got there before it opened and had to wait a little more than a half hour. By the time we left, the wait was 3 hours. Their food is fresh and very good. It was worth the wait.
Wow. Have been waiting years for an authentic Japanese ramen place to come to KC. After moving here from the big city, I felt a big part that was missing was some food diversity. This place holds up to the standards of the west coast where I have eaten ramen hundreds of times, at over handful of various authentic ramen locations. Well done KC Craft. I’ll definitely be returning and sharing this with friends and family.

Our favorite ramen place! Super fast service though we have to wait in line on weekend dinner but not too long. It's also worth the wait! All staff are happy in their job and soooo quick!
