The best ramen I've ever had. During my time in Japan, I indulged in ramen multiple times, and upon returning to the USA, I found myself longing for that distinct flavor. Everything about their ramen is perfect. Their tuna mayo onigiri ( Tuna mayo rice ball) is exceptional. I'm definitely planning to visit again. Thank you.

I am Japanese. I'm very happy to have a ramen restaurant where I can enjoy the taste of Japanese ramen. All the staff are nice people and the store has a good atmosphere. They were kind to me as I had children. There are many Japanese staff at the store, so it's nice to be able to converse in Japanese. Of course the ramen is delicious too! I recommend the spicy miso ramen. Or miso ramen. I would like to try different flavors of ramen. Thank you to the Japanese female staff member who gave my son sweets. I'm happy to hear all the staff say, ``Welcome! Thank you!'' We are rooting for you!

I’m not one to often leave a review for a restaurant but this place far exceeded any expectations. Everything from the layout of the place, the pure efficiency, the friendliness, the atmosphere, the perfectly combined essence of nerdy anime and a good restaurant for the common folk, everything thoroughly blew me away!!Not to mention the food was great of course. I mean this place gets it, the value of the delicious food is there, but the amount of care to go above and beyond providing value in the experience is insane from a business stand point. Love it, you must go here!

I had a disappointing experience at Craft Ramen KC. The online waitlist system might be hurting the customer experience more than it helps , just a thought. I stayed home because I had over an hour until a table was ready , but in 20 minutes I was alerted I had 15 minutes to keep my table. Least of my concern here , honestly.I was asked to move to a different table shortly after being seated, which was a bit confusing but not a major concern at the time.One of the more frustrating aspects was having to pay before being served, although I understand this is a common practice in some restaurants. The biggest issue came when my food was given to the table next to me, despite them arriving after me. We did not even order the same items. I tried telling the server multiple times that was my order but they ignored me. This resulted in a significant delay as my food had to be remade.To add to the experience, I was asked by another server if they could take the chair across from me while I was waiting for my food to be remade. This, along with being asked if I was done eating while I was still actively eating, made me feel rushed and unwelcome.While everyone seemed friendly and the restaurant was bustling with activity, these incidents left me feeling like an inconvenience even though I was a paying customer ( before being served) with a reservation. It was a terrible first visit to Craft Ramen KC, especially considering its popularity and reputation.

Our favorite ramen place! Super fast service though we have to wait in line on weekend dinner but not too long. It's also worth the wait! All staff are happy in their job and soooo quick! The atmosphere here is so lively! The BEST RAMEN IN TOWN OR SHOULD I SAY, IN THE USA! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Arigatou gozaimasu KC CRaft Ramen owner and staff! To more branches to open!

Maybe we will try it again maybe it'll be better but I was very saddened and the ordeal gave us anxiety. I like the atmosphere and the food was good unfortunately we did not know that we had to pay before we could sit down. So we were pressed. But then however other people after us who were of a certain demographic did not have to pay they just took them to their table and they were allowed to look at the menu and then order and pay. Literally a table that was set down after us right next to us we're giving an opportunity to order at the table and a young lady explained all types of things to them on the menu. We would have liked to have had that same type of care and service. Since it was our first time we would have liked to have had an opportunity to really look at the menu but we were told we could not sit down until we paid. So we stood in line and we were rushed to pay for our food and order yet they took people behind us directly to a table and allowed them to order and pay at the table. It felt really weird and awkward because we were singled out. I guess it's because we looked different. So we ended up ordering the first things we saw on the menu and the ramen was okay the appetizers were great.
