The name threw us off a bit. I thought it was a like a tea version of starbucks. The tea is really good. My Daughter is raving about the mint lemonade. Their food, is incredible. Best butter chicken I have ever had. Even their american offerings like chicken tenders and fries are absolutely perfect. My family of 6 went out there and tried a little bit of everything on the menu. I don't know how they can have such an expansive menu, yet nail every dish. 10/10

Nice spot for some special chai and/or a meal. We tried their Dubai Viral Paratha Beef Burger and chicken. The pastry instead of bread was interesting, and their chai teas were really good.

Chai Cafe - 100% Halal Certified Restaurant is a warm and cozy spot with friendly staff and unique food options. Everything is perfect, very tasteful, and exactly as ordered. The food is incredible, with delicious options like chicken biryani, zinger burger, butter chicken, and the Hyderabad Chicken Biryani, which is super good, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The Zinger Burger Combo is super tasty, and the Dubai Pista Falooda and pistachio falooda are delicious. The karachi chicken biryani, onion uthappam dosa, and doha puri are also delicious. The chai selection is impressive, especially the kashmiri chai with a beautiful color, aroma, and flavor. The service is truly the best, with polite, welcoming, and attentive staff. The manager is very kind and courteous. The food is fresh and flavorful. Customers love the food under new management and will definitely come back again.
