This review is strictly for Jay! Not only was this young man over worked he was so under staffed! The way he was working was impressive! My order got messed up and he made it right I wasn't going to ask for them to fix it but he noticed and made it right on his own!!! Without him I don't think I that this Dunkin would have ran so smoothly this morning!
The food here is amazing, the crew members and manager are kind, well trained, and know where majority of products are stored, and welcome new hires. Unlike the manger at the 75th location (Mindy), Tj is one of the best managers I’ve met, regardless of store and company. If your a manager reading this, try to be more like
