“Chicken was delicious as always, first time we had the mac and cheese definitely will go back for that! Was not a fan of the greens, I like extreme flavor of my greens, but Tanner brought out some vinegar something that helped give it a bit more of a bite! Okra is always my favorite! Even if I order nothing else from Gus's I will always order the okra. Yes it's high-priced but everything is high-priced anymore, no matter where you go. Thanks again Tanner we will definitely be back if not for the great service, for the fried okra, chicken and now the mac and cheese!“

“I have really looked forward to going to this restaurant and have followed them on social media for quite some time. It's a little out of the ways for us so we don't normally go to this area for anything but decided to give it a shot today. The place was not busy and we were informed that it's best to have a reservation even though there was no wait. We were seated by the bar area and waited while watching other guys get served and made eye contact with the bartenders several times who were assisting other guests that arrived after us only to be ignored. The experience was extremely disappointing and we didn't stay to order as no one came to offer coffee or water let alone order breakfast. Hopefully you have a better experience but we will not be back.“

“The food is ALWAYS GOOD. I was in the area and wanted to make sure I was going. The waitress was excellent and exceptional. The cashier said she was new and training. She was outstanding. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she was nice and young and friendly. The dining experience was good. My total tab was higher, as I got my favorites and told the waitress I was going to need boxes to take home. What I am saying I spent more, but I ordered everything I like. Liver and gizzards, onion rings, fried fish and of course the normal, coleslaw, bean soup and hush puppies. The best“

“They never disappoint! The food and staff are above par every time! My visit last night was for the all you can eat crab legs and it was amazing! Best boil I have ever had! The peach vinaigrette salad dressing ⭐️! Everything in the boil including the crab legs flavortastic🤩! The service was outstanding! Everyone who brought something to our table and the waitress, best customer service! We had one of the later reservations and you all never ran out!
