We visit this restaurant fairly often and every time we have been there we have been treated to the most fantastic fried chicken, baked beans, and coleslaw by some of the most friendly and efficient people we have encountered in the restaurant business. We definitely recommend that you check it out!
Chicken was delicious as always, first time we had the mac and cheese definitely will go back for that! Was not a fan of the greens, I like extreme flavor of my greens, but Tanner brought out some vinegar something that helped give it a bit more of a bite! Okra is always my favorite! Even if I order nothing else from Gus's I will always order the okra. Yes it's high-priced but everything is high-priced anymore, no matter where you go.
