Taco Bell in Overland Park

“I hardly leave reviews for fast food restaurants because they’ve gotten to be so overpriced, and the quality of the food, even at chains such as Taco Bell is unpredictable. On a whim I decided to grab a late lunch, and was amazed at how fresh and perfect the Cantina Chicken taco was. I’m glad I ate one in the parking lot before leaving, because the other one was soggy by the time I got home. It’s probably the best fast food item I’ve had in years.

“Thank you for having clean tables! The crew was friendly, and the food tasted good. I love the nacho fries, so I am using my nacho fry pass! Definitely download the app if you haven't because it saves you a lot of money! I love that I can swap the meat out for potatoes or beans since I'm not a meat eater.“

“I probably eat here too much, but I have eaten at this location a lot. Realistically hundreds of times. Outside of one issue with a drive through order, everything has been great. The staff is friendly, the food is relatively quick to come out and it's one of my favorite places to grab a bite during the work week. While my experiences at other tacobell locations have been inconsistent, this one has been good to me time and time again.“

“As far as the food and service. It wasn't the best I've had. All three taco shells were broken and the service was very slow. However the architecture of the building really cool. It was a Taco Bell/ KFC combo building with seating on each side left and right. There was a short set of stairs in the middle to go up to a small but elevated seating area and a short set of stairs to go down to a lower level of seating so that was a pretty cool arrangement.“

“I had a fantastic experience at Taco Bell! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The tacos were perfectly assembled with crisp shells and well-seasoned meat, and the burritos were packed with generous portions and bold flavors. Everything tasted just right, and the quality was consistent from the first bite to the last.

The restaurant was clean and well organized. The dining area, drink station, and restrooms were all well maintained, which made the visit comfortable and enjoyable.

What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. They greeted customers warmly, handled orders quickly, and made sure everything was correct. Even during busy hours, they stayed positive and kept the line moving smoothly.

Overall, Taco Bell delivered great food, a clean environment, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back again!“

“Food was actually really good and I got very full off of the $7 deluxe meal deal. Excellent amount for the price I paid. The wait was slightly longer than most other Taco Bells but still pretty fast so I can't complain much. Only real problem was the old lady in the corner on her phone the entire time I was there. Very unprofessional and blocking the condiments/napkins. She was told twice to get to the kitchen by one of the managers and eventually did about a minute before I left the store. Everyone else was nice however and the teens in the kitchen were doing great with the lunch rush!“
