“I was craving some kfc fries. So I did get a large fry. I walked in and the person was on their phone. They took my order then went straight back to their phone. I stood there waiting a few minutes for already done Fries. No one in the back wanted to get the fries.“

Tonight Christian who was working the drive thru tonight was great, you can see his sense of urgency and providing quality with his customer service. If he isn't a manager by now he needs to be. “I just really have to commend this location. We've lived in the area for 4 years now and this is our local Taco Bell. We order here probably 1-2x a month. I can't recall a single time they've gotten an order wrong. Always cordial employees working regardless of time of day or if I order there or on the app. Food is always made exactly how we ask for it and the Baja blast is always fresh 👌🏽“
“wow I came here to leave a review and I'm surprised about the negative reviews. I've never had a bad experience at this location, though I suppose I'm used to the horrible Taco Bell/KFC location on Noland Rd.
The staff have always been sweet and just the right amount of customer service, and I've always enjoyed my food. I don't think I've ever had an incorrect order at this location either. Keep it up guys!“
“Alright, listen up. If you want a solid supporting manager making you feel welcomed. Make sure that Mason H is behind the counter. I was just in there and the Taco Bell app was glitchy, Mason hooked it up and came up with a creative solution in which he made sure I received what I ordered. While we waited he kept checking to make sure if we needed anything. High quality customer service my dude. 10/10“
“Every night I get off work this and McDonalds are the only thing that’s open. I don’t know his name, the really tall heavier set man with long brown hair, when I hear his voice over the speaker I know my meal is going to be good bc he’s always so kind and patient. Would rather choose this place than the dumpster fire McDonalds across the street who are always rude, that’s if they even bother to take your order.“
