“The pretty blonde girl with the tattoos working tonight was so helpful and so attentive !! Our order was put in wrong but when we got to the window she immediately noticed and corrected it and was SO kind in the process. She seemed like a great leader !!“

“I was craving some kfc fries. So I did get a large fry. I walked in and the person was on their phone. They took my order then went straight back to their phone. I stood there waiting a few minutes for already done Fries. No one in the back wanted to get the fries.“

Tonight Christian who was working the drive thru tonight was great, you can see his sense of urgency and providing quality with his customer service. If he isn't a manager by now he needs to be. “wow I came here to leave a review and I'm surprised about the negative reviews. I've never had a bad experience at this location, though I suppose I'm used to the horrible Taco Bell/KFC location on Noland Rd.
The staff have always been sweet and just the right amount of customer service, and I've always enjoyed my food. I don't think I've ever had an incorrect order at this location either. Keep it up guys!“
“The staff tonight on 9/12/2026 around 1 am were very kind , they took the time to make everything fresh and had amazing good customer service ! I had come from the other side of town off of 24 hwy where they told me they didn’t have deluxe boxes or fries or potatoes , so I went to the Taco Bell off 23erd ant sterling , they had great service and food served hot and fresh! Thanks“
