“I mean, it's Taco Bell. No one should be going there expecting any food more fancy than high-sodium, need-a-taco-right-now kind of goodness. In addition to the tried and true menu, go there for the great customer service, clean dining room, and the round-up opportunity to contribute to the company's education programs for employees. This location is well-managed and has yet to mess up my order. Solidly 4 stars.“
“I drive-thru this Taco Bell in Independence one to three times every week, and it continues to impress me every single visit. The drive-thru is consistently quick, the team is friendly, and a few of them even greet me by name, which is something you don’t see often anymore. My orders come out hot, fresh, and reliably well-made every time. The consistency here sets it apart—hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend.“

The staff have always been sweet and just the right amount of customer service, and I've always enjoyed my food. I don't think I've ever had an incorrect order at this location either. Keep it up guys!“
“We've been going to this TacoBell for years and have always had a great experience. Yeah sometimes they're out of certain things but it happens in the restaurant industry. Tonight Christian who was working the drive thru tonight was great, you can see his sense of urgency and providing quality with his customer service. If he isn't a manager by now he needs to be. “I just really have to commend this location. We've lived in the area for 4 years now and this is our local Taco Bell. We order here probably 1-2x a month. I can't recall a single time they've gotten an order wrong. Always cordial employees working regardless of time of day or if I order there or on the app. Food is always made exactly how we ask for it and the Baja blast is always fresh 👌🏽“
“Alright, listen up. If you want a solid supporting manager making you feel welcomed. Make sure that Mason H is behind the counter. I was just in there and the Taco Bell app was glitchy, Mason hooked it up and came up with a creative solution in which he made sure I received what I ordered. While we waited he kept checking to make sure if we needed anything. High quality customer service my dude. 10/10“
“We were there for the Kentucky Fried Chicken part of the restaurant, and even before I ordered, the lady working the front register let me know that due to an oven breakdown, they did not have any biscuits prepared. But she offered me extra large sides to go along with our meal to compensate for the lack of biscuits. I thought it was great customer service that they let me know up front what was going on and they had a solution to offer, and that actually worked out great for us! We ordered a 20-piece meal and waited only a few minutes for everything to be prepared and ready to go.“
