“Had some issues with my order that I placed on the app but Alicia, Deedra and team were able to help me out, get me a fresh remake, and also promised to help me best they could with another issue I had at Taco Bell in Blue Springs. Great service especially with it being so close to the holidays still.“

“No love went into preparing my food. One of my taco Supreme had literally 3 pieces of 🍅 I just took some from my other one. Drive through was gracious but the food prep needs some encouraging. I can't remember how the Mexican pizza suppose to taste like but what I can say about mine it was a all Refried beans pizza where was the hamburger meat (beef).“

It really is just fast food but it seems like there is less customer care less interaction... Maybe that's not such a bad thing“

“There's no denying that this is fast food. With that being said you're getting a pretty decent quality and quantity of food for your money. Staff at this location is great, especially the night crews. I absolutely plan on returning.“

“I was really impressed with the Taco Bell in Lee’s Summit. My food came out hot and fresh, and you could tell it was made with care. The restaurant itself was spotless—not just the dining area but also the restrooms, and even behind the counter and prep area looked very clean and organized. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Zeke and asked if I needed any help. The employees were friendly, personable, and genuinely made me feel welcome. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!“
