“Had some issues with my order that I placed on the app but Alicia, Deedra and team were able to help me out, get me a fresh remake, and also promised to help me best they could with another issue I had at Taco Bell in Blue Springs. Great service especially with it being so close to the holidays still.“

“This location is always pretty clean, and all the employees are really nice. The late night might need to work a little bit on their service, but they've been great the majority of the time. The food can be a little inconsistent, especially during the late night shift, because it's definitely rushed, not heated completely, or stale. BUT I've had more good experiences at this taco bell than bad.“

It really is just fast food but it seems like there is less customer care less interaction... Maybe that's not such a bad thing“

“There's no denying that this is fast food. With that being said you're getting a pretty decent quality and quantity of food for your money. Staff at this location is great, especially the night crews. I absolutely plan on returning.“

“I was really impressed with the Taco Bell in Lee’s Summit. My food came out hot and fresh, and you could tell it was made with care. The restaurant itself was spotless—not just the dining area but also the restrooms, and even behind the counter and prep area looked very clean and organized. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Zeke and asked if I needed any help. The employees were friendly, personable, and genuinely made me feel welcome. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!“
