These two kids, who could not have been older than seventeen, were by themselves, manning the entire store alone. They did a fantastic job, mind you, but I could tell they were swamped and frustrated. That isn't fair at all.
If people don't want to work, PAY THEM MORE, so they stay employed. This is just absolutely insane. Or give these kids the ability to turn off online ordering so they aren't juggling a ton of tickets all at once.
I feel so awful for the staff at most of your stores. It's always one or two teenagers, fighting for their lives for minimum wage or just above.
They work hard and should be treated better.“
