“Wow, this truck is now my go to for legit Mexican food. Their quesabirria is spot on and we finally found pastor that is more similar to what we were used to in LA. They are new to town so the lines are still short/non-existent but I'm sure it won't be long before it gets busier.“
“I just grabbed a 1/2 chicken combo off the menu.I swear, readers, I had my whole order packed up and served to me in less than a minute.Just seeing the chicken coming off the grill was appetizing. It has this great orange color. Great flavor, too. And the way it came off the bone so easily but wasn't falling apart, perfect texture.The rice was very good for making tacos without dripping, but like most places, in my opinion, don't stand on their own. The beans sure do. A close second to the chicken.The red salsa had just the slightest sting to the nose, a good aromatic part to the dish, but not that special.Finally, the grilled jalapeño, charred only on one side, but soft enough to cut with the plastic fork, so I could add it to the tacos however I wanted.---I'd give the atmosphere a 3/5 because there was just one table. The truck itself is pretty fun, it's next to a gas station where you can grab other drinks, use a regular restroom, pretty good actually. There was a moderate wait, but they were pretty busy and it was absolutely worth it.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a food truck in a flat parking lot. I didn't specifically notice handicapped parking, but there are several parking spots and lots of open space. When it gets busy, there may not be enough room. The lot got full while I was there.“
