Wow talk about shrink-flation!! I purchased a venti drink and it shrunk considerably since my last purchase! Do you really think that your customers won’t recognize the change??!! The drink not only shrunk but the price went up over 25%. I’ll never buy another item at Starbucks again. It’s been a little while since I’ve been there but I used to spent quit a bit, won’t do it again. This is a good example of corporate profit greed at its worst!!
This location is by far the slowest! when it first opened it was great. However, over the last few months it has gotten worse and worse with how slow it is. today there was three cars in front of me and I was in line for 27 minutes. if I was able to get out of line I definitely would have. The newer location off of 87th Street and 435 has its line wrapped around The building every morning and I get through in less than 10 minutes.
