Tacos El Migue is a Mexican restaurant in Shawnee. The food is fresh and delicious, and the restaurant is clean. The service is friendly and efficient. The tacos are 100% better than any Mexican restaurant in K.C. The enchiladas are very good, with good sauce, fully melted cheese inside, and cooked perfectly. The cheese dip is flavorful, and the white queso is dangerously addictive. The ground beef is seasoned well and a delicious knockout. The steak is pure insanity. The Lengua, birria, and Pastor tacos are outstanding. The Tortabirria sandwich is delicious. The churros are BOMB. If you eat in, they bring you chips and salsa, which are good, made in house, and very fresh. The meat and ingredients are top-tier. The owner is a cool guy, humble, and takes care of his customers. It is very welcoming and comforting to eat here. The staff provides an experience above their competition. Some of the best tacos in Johnson County. If you haven’t tried this place, you’re missing out.
