Based on the reviews, China Blue is a restaurant with very friendly staff who are happy to greet customers and get to know them. The food is excellent, outstanding, and always fresh. The quantity and quality of the food is the best. Dishes mentioned include Hunan Beef, shrimp fried rice, crab Rangoon, General Tso chicken, General Tso’s shrimp, egg roll, hot and sour soup, egg drop soup, hibachi shrimp, and Szechuan green beans in a combo with tender chicken. Customers can opt for lo mein noodles instead of fried rice for a cheap upcharge. The combos come with a choice of 2 egg rolls, 2 crab Rangoon, or a mix. The whole meal is inexpensive and delicious. The service is top notch, and the staff are beyond respectful, kind, and dedicated. The restaurant has great soda options, including Brisk. It has become a favorite Chinese restaurant in Kansas City.
