Food is decent, you never get the amount of rice you ordered always less. No dine in eating just a small entryway where you pick up your order, and the food has consistently been at least 20 minutes past the time you said for pick up the last 3 times I've gone. Store opens at 11 ordered pick up for 11:15 and the family who owns the place didnt come rushing in to unlock and bring in stock till 11:20. Our order wouldnt be ready till nearly 12 (45 minutes after our designated pick up time) when we come to the window to ask. The food is good but will not be coming back due to the lack of service and professionalism.

Their food is absolutely disgusting.. Waisted $80 on food my family couldn't even eat. Shrimp was slimy and had an awful odor, chicken was so chewy you couldn't swallow it, rice was dry and hard.

Second time trying it. First time was a success and love their crab Rangoon. This time our order had couple issues: the Mongolian beef had great flavor but a TON of onion and the Szechuan shrimp didn't have flavor at all.
We ordered from East China for the first time. We will not be ordering from them again. The food was very bland. The egg rolls, spring rolls, and fried dumplings were soggy and had little flavor. My hot and sour soup was neither spicy nor sour, just watery. We had to throw out the chicken skewers because they were harder than beef jerky. Everything else was just ok.
