We are regulars and go about once if not twice a week and the service has just got worse every single time I go. This evening I sat for 10 min before someone came to the window to get my money .. within that time someone came to the computer system next to the door and didn't help me then it took 15 more minutes to even get my food and I ordered two bean burritos and a soft taco... come on taco tico
2nd time at this location in a week. There is no cleaner Taco Tico, or better customer service, than at this one! Plus, the food tastes like I remember as a kid, fresh ingredients, and delicious! The manager (I think), Jana (same lady everyone else has mentioned in reviews) cares about her customers, is friendly, and all people in the food service industry should take notes. She was awesome!! I live 2 hrs away, but will be back!! 🌮🌮🌮
Was in eldorado today. Came from emporia Kansas had some business in eldorado. Drive to taco tico because I LOVE it so much and to my surprise they were closed. It was about 1045-11 am. The place looked abandoned. Did this location close? Short staffed? Just curious. I’m craving me some tico! We need one back in emporia!
