“We finally had a chance to try The Smoking Barrel! We have been talking about needing to since before they opened. This year we decided to try them for our company Christmas party. We order several slabs of ribs and brisket, we aren’t into spicy, so we decided to make our own cheesy potatoes and beans. The meat was absolutely delicious! We brought the left overs home and our family has been feasting on it the past few days, and some of them say it’s even better left over. If you haven’t tried them, you are missing out!!”

Her kind conversation was pleasant to and old trucker who doesn’t get to socialize very much and just made my day a little better. “The food was good and the hot salsa had a great flavor. They have fried flower chips which is my personal favorite, the taco meat was seasoned well and the taco shell was just right. The complaints (if you had to find something to critique) the tamale could use a little more masa and filling. They only take cash or check. I would go again.”
