I have been searching far and wide for the best baked goods within my area and out of all the bakeries and coffee shops from Hutch, Lindsborg, Salina, to Ellsworth Hattie Jo’s is the #1 winner. We were traveling through Kansas on our way Texas. Service was excellent, coffee was outstanding! It was the best coffee we’d had in a while! They were closing at noon and we just barely made it in. Thank goodness❤️! Great little cafe. We had the light roast coffee.
