Excellent BBQ! Ordered the Outlaw that included ribs, brisket, chicken, and pork. All smoked perfectly. 2 Excellent sides: German potato salad and jalapeño popper mac and cheese were amazing and delicious. Biscuit was perfect. Very nice owners take pride in their food and providing excellent service. Only open Friday and Saturday.

I am so impressed by the quality of food here! We had 3 different meats that were all cooked PERFECTLY. The texture, temp, flavor…so good! I’ve also never had such good beans in my life. The owners and staff are very friendly and provide thorough service. I can’t wait to come back!

Driving across the country from Ohio to Colorado. We always prefer local restaurants and this one did not disappoint. The owners are delightful, welcoming people who certainly know how to BBQ. Everything was amazing, and we tried just about everything! The pulled pork and brisket are among the best we've ever had. Highly recommend the short detour off I-70

Being from STL, you get used to sugarfire, Bandanas etc but this spot would take first place. Spoiler alert - we had the brisket and unlike, oh, others, it was not full of fat. Just great smokey goodness. The portion sizes are generous ( the 2 meat sandwich is all you can eat), a good size portion of cole slaw, which may have been the best I have ever had and free refills. It certainly lives up to its name. Those working when we were there were always asking if we needed anything else and just friendly folks.
