“This is a local bar where everyone knows your name (well, except me as I was a first timer). People couldn't have been friendlier. The beers were huge and cold. All for a reasonable price. The only downside would have been that the margarita mix was way too commercial and sour. They were a full bar, and they were having a taco bar the night I was there. The most positive anyone can say about a place is that I will be going back... and I will.?“
“After a long day of girls wrestling tournament in Council Grove. We needed to feed our wrestler. This restaurant was perfect! The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming!!! The waitresses were amazing, almost like someone you’ve known forever! The food!!!! Omg the food! Appetizers are so yummy! And if you like spicy , try the fried jalapenos!!! And main dishes are beyond yummy!! Again, if you like a little spice, try the nitro burger. Delicious and spicy! The portions are generous too! The chicken fried steak was large!!! And so yummy after a day of cheering for our wrestlers!! And if you are like me, I can’t eat reheated meats. But my chicken fried steak was still very yummy reheated!!! My husband was beyond shocked! Lol! Our daughter also brought home a slice of pie and she wished she had gotten more. Thank you guys for having such amazing staff and food and for making us feel like we were home, even though we were two hours away from home. We will be coming back!“
