they didn't use to be but now each time I go to get a drink it always takes forever, and on top of it like lately they can't seem to get my drinks correct. i tend to get a simple vanilla bean colatta. recently I got one that seemed to be missing the vanilla flavor it was so bland, figured a one time mishap so I ordered one this week and this one was so sweet like they added to much and it had what looked like coffee grounds in it, weird as this drink doesn't have coffee in it....read full review
came in this afternoon for a mocha frozen coffee add caramel,,, well forget the caramel cuz the wasn't any and they put so much chocolate syrup in it, it made mt stomach hurt after about 3 drinks!! no whip topping, no caramel, just a waste of 4 bucks. I love this drunk and came in at least twice a week, but not after today!
