I went there last night with my boyfriend. When a person has a 30-minute lunch, it seems like you spend more time waiting for the doors to open and then for the food items to be done as well. And for a staff member doing work of 3 people.
You would think that it is impossible to get a wrong plate when you order at the counter and just pass through, but it happened.
Complaining that this was not what I ordered after having opened it and poked through was pretty much turn down because I "touched it". How would I know before opening and getting through the cover of cheese?
Anyway, my pastor was not too bad chicken, I lost the paid extra of guac, but it was still ok.
