Had the pleasure of dining here last evening. Had the Q Sammie with pulled chicken ,it was so juicy and flavorful!! Onion rings were breaded just right and very good!! Their merchandise was fun as well, the lady at the front explained the logo on the shirts they were selling, regarding the fundraiser they need to have to resurface the parking lot!! They need support and revenue to remodel and improve their restaurant, so please help them out by spreading the word and buying there merch they are selling!! All I all a great first time experience and will be going back again soon!!

I've been a chef for 30 years and I'm very picky about the places I eat at,this place was very good. The place was clean,the young man at the counter was very polite and helpful and the food was quick,fresh and tasty. I'm not a big fan of sauced burnt ends but these were delicious and probably the only ones I would ever order again knowing they have sauce on them. We don't live close but it's definitely worth the drive to eat at again. They for sure are just as good if not better than most of the Kc BBQ joints.

My wife loved the BBQ ribd here and said it was her favorite. I thought it was really good, but just a bit on the salty side, but something definitely worth trying for yourself. The beef brisket tacos were spectacular!

The mac n cheese is excellent but lacks enough meat when ordering the bowls. While still very good, the ribs are overcooked as well as the burnt ends. The pit beans are good. The corn bread is very good.

This place is awesome! Some of the best barbecue you’ll find. A little pricey, but well worth it! Not quite as nice in atmosphere as Biggs BBQ in Lawrence, but every bit as good when it comes to the barbecue itself! A hidden gem in Eudora that many people overlook, but well worth the trip for some good barbecue
Disappointed with our first visit to Barbwire BBQ. We were really looking forward to trying this place and ordered the Farmhouse Platter for two, expecting a hearty, flavorful BBQ experience. Unfortunately, it fell short in several ways. The meats — which should be the star of the show — were barely warm when they arrived at our table. Lukewarm brisket and sausage just don’t cut it, and it made everything feel like it had been sitting too long before being served. Even worse were the parmesan green beans, which were cold. Not just room temperature — cold. Completely took away from any enjoyment we might’ve gotten out of the sides. Overall, the food felt rushed and not freshly prepared. For the price and the hype, we expected much better quality and attention to detail.
We took our food home to have Chef Mike properly heat it through!!

The pulled pork was just ok. The burnt ends were over cooked and had way too much sauce on them. (and the 'regular; sauce reminded me of Arby's sauce. lol) Portions are small, too. Not that it mattered in this case, since I ended up tossing most of it, but I would still feel kinda ripped off, even if I liked it. This is a one and done restaurant to me.

The menu was a lot to take in, but boy did it deliver the goods! Melody gave our party of 8 some incredible recommendations. Tonight's special is the ribs, and they were the best ribs we've ever had! The Brussel sprouts were excellent, the rack and cheese was incredible, and the farmers platter -though advertised for two - could easily feed three. I wouldn't normally review a restaurant that I may never go to again ( I live in Ohio), but it was too good to be silent. Check out Barbwire BBQ's truck at the fair, or go to their permanent location...you will not be disappointed! Adding a photo of my son's plate for viewing.
