The service was terrible the people in front of us left mad so we order and waited for ever for food and it was cold then we got kick out because we went looking for our food DQ sucks

VERY long wait for a drive-through, even if you are the only customer there. Much more expensive than fast food should be... Cold fries, small drinks.. but the burger was pretty decent which earned them a star. Feel like they could have better options than a Ranch dressing burger (lol) & a flamethrower burger though. Maybe a mushroom Swiss would be a good addition. They have tasty beef is all I can really say positive. Coke was 50% ice and not great coke at that, a medium was like a mini can

went through the drive through it took 15 minutes for 1 small icecream they were sitting around talking and they dropped multiple things on the floor

Waited 15 mins to be seen by one of the cooks and then waited another 10 mins for a front line worker to come to the window. Come to find out half of the menu items they dont sell so they dont have an updated menu. I would suggest going to the next town for DQ. Unless you want to spend 30 mins at an empty DQ Eudoras DQ is worthless.

This was the most absolutely horrible food I've ever had eating out. It was disgusting and I feel sorry for the on duty manager. This store has the worst employees. I had a very simple order, small Oreo and Reese's blizzard had to be made twice because it was completely wrong. The kitchen workers took 20 minutes to make a 4 piece chicken strip meal, and it was all cold!!! Terrible terrible terrible and there's a reason why I haven't been here for over 5 years and I think this experience has made this my last trip to ever go to DQ. Almost $18 for the absolutely worst food and I will be writing a Google review to let others know to stay clear of this establishment. You can do better.

This is truly the slowest Dairy Queen I’ve ever went to with pretty bad customer service. When you go through the drive thru, they normally don’t acknowledge you at the speaker until you say “hello, hello?” a couple times. Once you place your order, expect to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for your order, even if there is only one car in front of you. I truly don’t know what takes so long and you’re never offered an apology for the long wait. I’ve seen the employees (usually teenagers) through the drive thru window talking, on their phone, and generally not seeming to be paying attention to customers or actually working. I will give them credit that the food is usually fresh and tasty, but I wish we’d be given some explanation or apology for the insane wait times.

20 minute waits in the drive through for old chicken strips seems to be the norm here, no matter what time you go. The teens that work here seem to have no supervison/management

The worst service. I ordered through the mobile app so I could get my food quickly before work. Boy was I wrong. I waited 20 minutes, drive thru got their food before I did. I ordered 4 piece chicken tenders with a side of buffalo sauce and onion rings. Also pretzel sticks. I was handed my pretzel sticks and waited an additional 16 minutes. My food sat at the window for 5 of those 16 minutes. I had to ask for my food. Never got the sauces. The teenagers who worked there were to busy eating ice cream and gossiping. Never will I visit this Dairy Queen and I will make sure friends and family won't either.

Newly remodeled, so it was clean feeling inside. We had our regular blizzards and they were made well. It is comfort food after all.

We used to live this DQ and maybe we just caught them on a bad day. Service was slow with multiple teenagers pestering the employees. Not the employees fault. We will give them another chance soon.

Always a decent milkshake. Parking is bit weird when you come here for the first time, although plenty of it.

The food was alright my cheese curds were a little over cooked and some had the cheese cooked out of them completely. They didn’t put very much ice in my tea so it was still warm when I was drinking it. We also got Blizzards neither one of us were very happy with them. Mine was heaping out the top of the cup with all my cookie dough in the heaping ice cream and very little in the rest of it. The young men working there use profanity out loud in the lobby with us sitting right there. All because an activities bus pulled up and they were about to get a small rush. I would have complained right then to management at the time but nobody actually acted mature enough to bring my complaints to a satisfactory conclusion. Do better! Not sure we’re ever going to stop there again while passing through.
