The worst service. I ordered through the mobile app so I could get my food quickly before work. Boy was I wrong. I waited 20 minutes, drive thru got their food before I did. I ordered 4 piece chicken tenders with a side of buffalo sauce and onion rings. Also pretzel sticks. I was handed my pretzel sticks and waited an additional 16 minutes. My food sat at the window for 5 of those 16 minutes. I had to ask for my food. Never got the sauces. The teenagers who worked there were to busy eating ice cream and gossiping. Never will I visit this Dairy Queen and I will make sure friends and family won't either.

Newly remodeled, so it was clean feeling inside. We had our regular blizzards and they were made well. It is comfort food after all.

We used to live this DQ and maybe we just caught them on a bad day. Service was slow with multiple teenagers pestering the employees. Not the employees fault. We will give them another chance soon.

Always a decent milkshake. Parking is bit weird when you come here for the first time, although plenty of it.

The food was alright my cheese curds were a little over cooked and some had the cheese cooked out of them completely. They didn’t put very much ice in my tea so it was still warm when I was drinking it. We also got Blizzards neither one of us were very happy with them. Mine was heaping out the top of the cup with all my cookie dough in the heaping ice cream and very little in the rest of it. The young men working there use profanity out loud in the lobby with us sitting right there. All because an activities bus pulled up and they were about to get a small rush. I would have complained right then to management at the time but nobody actually acted mature enough to bring my complaints to a satisfactory conclusion. Do better! Not sure we’re ever going to stop there again while passing through.

Stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes to order. When I asked the guys working if I can order they just looked at me and went back to talking to each other. So I left There is a reason that place is always empty.

Online claims drive through is open until 1030. Get there and am told through the drive through speaker they close at 940. Nowhere close to the time posted. Please fix this

It doesn't seem that hard to just put chocolate syrup in it. Tonight there was quite a line and the car at intercome didn't move for 10 min. 1 person in front of me, myself and 2 others behind me all left. We all followed eachother to sonic. I don't even know how this place stays open. It really sucks cause I like DQs ice cream better than sonic.

Bought an overpriced chili dog and drive-thru. No napkins in the bag no spoon. Just the overcooked chili dog. The bun was way over microwaved. It was so hard you couldn't eat it
There are other choices for food nearby. Don't choose this place.

Cook skips through orders and delivers incomplete meals. Poor front side staff suffers cause cook seems challenged to read the order list and make things in that order. Of 4 meals. Waited 45minutes for full order. We literally got a burger at a time and then fries and then the rest. Avoid till they get a new cook.
