I have been here several times in the morning. The staff is always nice and patient when I ask questions about the drink options. The service is incredibly fast and my lattes are consistently perfectly made. I love the quick breakfast options in a pinch.
This review is for Scooters in Eudora, KS! I placed an order this morning and didn’t realize I had left my wallet at home. When I went to cancel the order the gal ended up letting me have the order for free because she said she would have to key it out anyway because it had already been made. I have been having a rough week this week, and it was really nice to catch a break like that. I really appreciated her kindness and the coffee was delicious!
90% of the staff is extremely kind and efficient. As far as order accuracy goes, I’d say it’s a 70/ 30 experience of getting the correct item. I’d suggest that the staff just reads the order back so we as the customer can verify they heard us correctly. I think I’ve only had someone read it back to me 2 times. Other than that, for a small town, the quick coffee suffices! :-)
